Guacamole made ‘our’ way. Devised and manipulated according to taste and needs of the day
One of the things I love most about this transition into paying more homage to the lowly Vegetable by making it the staple rather than the add-on to my meals is that I can really play with many other dishes I’ve always loved, changing them to suit the occasion or accompanying dishes.
This Guacamole has a taste of mexico with a hint of Africa.
We also used our Guacamole for Sushi… and how devine as a base as a replacement to rice. If, like me, Rice creates a bloating, limiting the Sushi to two or three… using Avo takes it up to a healthy portion of 5/6 little vegan Sushi bombs of delight.
